That is Nitro, featuring the ridiculous show-off Michael Angelo Batio
Not a clue what's that still. I'm guessing it's 80's kind of thing
I smell YMCA full flavour in some measure
'nitro', presumably an abbreviation for 'nitrogen', commonly available in considerable quantities in bullshit. they seem to be part of that species of brainless widdly-guitar-shred-shite that gives socially-retarded-perm-casualties-with-a-spinal-tap-fixation a bad name.
most of those deluded chancers are corpse-fucking and shitting on the memory of the new york dolls, who stood for something most perm-rockers aren't mentally equipped to begin to understand; bubblegum-rock-as-antiprog, genuine-fakery, etc.
have read that bolan used the shatterbox in his early days. a member here ('Trex' or someone) posted this clip on the shatterbox thread a while ago.
i liked the song (why i remembered it) but wasn't impressed by the fuzz. but in bolan's hands it doesn't sound anywhere near as completely useless as the one in the clip. i can get more meaningful tone out of my washing machine than he gets out of that redundant door stop.
maybe it's a joke. the reviewer did the review in good faith with a decent pedal then a mischievous friend dubbed that gatey-starved tone-suckfest on afterwards and posted it on yt for his stag night. if so, on that level, it's a good joke.
btw did he say "buttery fuzz" or "buggery fuzz"? it's hard to hear with that horrible tin spitting sweetcorn in the background...

You don't need a long memory with the internet. I suspect the whole point of "The British Pedal Company" is to put some distance between 'em and the Google results.

Oddly enough she was the director of the Rock of Ages Evangelical Church in Doncaster. Presumably she hasn't got the ability to take five loaves and two fish and turn them into a batch of vintage guitars (bought honest, guv'nor, nothing shady here etc).
British Pedal Company isn't really a company, it's just a store front. UK is remarkable in the sense that all accounting records are freely available. Rocker Guitars Inc. was created on May 4th 2011 with Samantha Harrison as director. She was born in 1970, so probably the daughter/sister. This was half a year before the convictions for theft in February 2012.

Of course Instagram targeted me as a pedal nerd and showed me these reissue germanium transistors: - are these top hat types repotted to look like OC transistors? Or are they new production? If so, why stop building stompboxes and get rich just selling these...
They were caught for faking vintage Marshall amps and even a Dumble, so this should be quite easy and innocent... no?
