Overdone Bullhype 2

Since Overdone-Effects "doesn´t train local tech´s" (which is somewhat problematic when thinking about having a pedal repaired when shipping to the U.S. is half its price), I compared my old Bullhype 2 (2009) with the new revised one (2014). Here are the changes I´ve found (yeah, right, it´s the two filtering electrolytics that do the main job  ). Old version in parenthesis, newer one really sounds better to me (more open):

D6/9: 1N400? (1N34A)
C15: remove no jumper (0.1uF Mylar)
C13/14: 47uF/25V electrolythic Nichicon (10uF electrolythic Nichicon)
Q4: 2SC828R (2SC1815Y)
Q1: 2N5457 (2SC1815Y)
Pinout (looking on flat side with coding) -> Drain (middle pin): Pad #1, Source (left pin): Pad #2, Gate (right pin): Pad #3
C8/9: 0.22uF mylar greeny (0.22uF tantalium)
R3: remove no jumper (1MΩ)
C7: 0.068uF Mylar Greeny (multimeter reads 0.061uF)
C2: carbonfilm resistor 1kΩ (Mylar Greeny 0.047uF)

Cheers!

You name an issue I see with a lot of (US based) boohteekers (although MXR fits the picture as well). Oblivious of a world existing outside "the lower 48*" and therefore expecting their customers to ship to them...

*Naturally that doesn't apply to worldwide selling....

nicely said... By the way, what influence do the filtering caps have on the pertformance of the pedal?
I found that in some a decrease of filtering of the supply voltage makes the sound mellower, but increases low end...
