My best guess is that it is a Boss OD-1 clone with some added mods. It is very bright and LOUD (guess the taper of the volume pot
)

Check Q5 orientation.

I did; it is set in this pedal like this. And it works.........
(B and E should be reversed, I guess)

Then check it again. And keep checking till you figure out why your drawing is wrong.

Of course you're right!
Problem was the notation on the print; on the top side there are markings for the B / C / E that are completely wrong. I didn't check those with the datasheet
