Effects in this one are not the same as in the BOSS BE-5, at least the compressor circuits are different.
BE-5M use THAT 2159 VCA for the compressor, unlike BE-5.

IC's in BE-5:
chorus: MN3207 and MN3102, TL022
delay: MN51010RBA, uPC1571 compander
opamps: M5218, M5223, BA728

I've made an error - instead IC's in BE-5 - it should be

Compressors in BE-5M and ME-10 are with THAT 2159, could be the same, or similar circuit
