Hello all,
I acquired this pedal a while back, I was told it was a Klon buffer at the time. I recently opened it up and discovered the title "OC44 Rangemaster" inside along with a 2012 build date and serial #001

Based on some googling I see the Rangemaster is typically a treble booster with a few knobs. Wondering if someone can clarify what the heck I've got here, and if I can mod it into a treble booster with a boost amount control

Thanks in advance!

Best,
Darren

You have a klon buffer someone put the wrong enclosure base on.

Ahh, that would explain why the switch and LED were mounted with little regard to the writing. I was thinking about repurposing this housing to house a Bartolini active preamp which normally is installed onboard a guitar or (usually) bass. I may list the Klon buffer circuit on the classifieds... Thanks for the help
