relay bypass in inverse state.

hi all.

i just built a pedal and used the OSH park relay bypass circuit found here: viewtopic.php?f=73&t=9752&p=249402&hilit=relay+bypass

it was working, but during some troubleshooting i may have touched a lead or done something while unplugging the power and now my relay bypass board is stuck in the inverse state - the LED is on when the effect is bypassed and the LED shuts off when the effect is engaged.

does anyone know how i can reset the relay or cd4069 to have the LED on when the effect is engaged?
