From here; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resettable_fuse
A polymeric positive temperature coefficient device (PPTC, commonly known as a resettable fuse, polyfuse or polyswitch)
Brilliant little device,, also used for speaker protection. :thumbsup

Offtop: is it just me or this psu is actually not isolated but a simple regulated daisy chain?

It looks to me like a switched mode power supply with a separate winding, rectifier, smoothing cap and 3 terminal regulator and polyfuse for each output making it isolated outputs. I could be wrong of course.
