Colorsound Overdriver not Working - Layout verified?

Hi guys,

I built a Colorsound Overdriver but the signal is very week. No boost or fuzz. It looks like Q1 is not pulling enough current to keep Q2 in range.

Is this layout verified:

Are the electrolytic caps facing the right direction?

I'm not familiar with this pedal, but you can search some scheamatic to compare with your layout. Try to compare your layout with other veroboard layout, too. Maybe it's correct but you made some little mistake. Is it your first work?
If you find there's something wrong around Q1 you should looking for some mistake, unwilling contact, etc., around it.
