Finished my Fuzzface build a few days ago. Really enjoying it , but I'd like it to be a bit "punchier " .

Should I maybe increase the Gain of Q1 or Q2 ? Right now Q1-43 and Q2- 63

You could try matching them closer.

If the pedal sounds too flabby, its often because the clipping stage is being hit with too much low-frequency content.
For a tighter sound, try lowering the value of the 2µ2 input capacitor. I built a couple of fuzz faces a while back with 470n capacitors instead of the 2µ2 - they sounded awesome :)
