good day ..
i build the pearl od 5 overdrive but when i test it the over all sound was like muffle like is not opening up effect..what is the problem of this?? is this really the sound of pearl od 5 driver??? i thought it was crisp but smooth distortion like those youtube sample videos ..how i would open up the overall out put of this pedal..i check all the transistors and ic seems theyre ok..
its like the overall effect is lack of high frequency although there a freqency knob there still the overall output is muffled or lots of low frequency..
any advice??thank you..

Pedals are sometimes exact copies of other pedals. The Pearl pedal I saw in a picture on Aion's site looks exactly like a Yamaha pedal I had in the eighties.

the factory schematic i based on and i research on some schematic and actually i bump on your aionelectronics fractal overdrive..actually i study your schematic but i dont know where to beleive im confused..so i based most of the pearl components on the factory schematic..
maybe i will go back to my frustrated pearl od clone and re studied its components and will look to your fractal pedal and do something about it..

the schematic on that site i made a study their schematic i think its right one..i made my own pcb of the pearl od 5 maybe i made some mistakes on my pcb and create some error when i tested it..
