JHS Panther Cup Problem!!!

Hi
in the last weeks I'had a problema with a panther cup.

In Bypass mode, the guitar turns very bassy and smoth I lost all tone.

And When I switch the pedal the sounds runs but with this bassy and smooth tone.

What Can I do? Do you know what is happen?

I opened the pedal and I tried to change the switch pedal but it isnt the problem.

why don't you ask JHS support?
