Transform 5 indepedent inputs to XLR balanced
Hello my friends.I want to built a custom pedal. I want to have 5 inputs with indepedent on/off (mute ,no bypass ) .Then all these inputs go to a tuner and from the tuner out i want my signal to go again to 5 indepedent XLR outputs .Do you have an idea how this could be done? I will make a sketch later with my first thought to see.

If you mix them into tuner, then they won't be independent and will share the same signal.
You'll have to use 5 tuners (one per each channel), or split one of the channels to be used with tuner, or add rotary switch to choose a channel to be used with tuner loop if you want all the channels to be independent.
Muting in this case, I guess, is simply shorting a channel's signal to ground.
What is the purpose of this pedal? Sort of a patch bay or crude mixer?

Yes, the tuner thing won't work like this.
I would put a single tuner on a side chain and tap it in with a switch when needed (a 6-way single pole rotary selector maybe to choose from the 5 channels + 1 position left free). That's the plan but you might probably need additional circuitry to make it work as intended.
That way you would keep 5 channels all along the pedal and only need one tuner.
As for XLR out (I assume you're dealing with asymetrical signals i.e. not XLR nor stereo inputs) here is exactly what you need.

Put the one called "powered direct box" at the end of each track.
Works perfect (tried and tested, TL072 work great).
Actually the 2 pages are a good read ! I suggest you check them :

Sorry I meant "6-way single throw rotary selector"
If you want to tune silently you'll need a double throw at least.
Not sure what you intend to do but you could also include an internal mixer and only have one XLR out ...
