the 39k resistor in the tone stack should be 3k9

But a question: On the vero I`m missing the 180 k from ic 2b/3 to v bias. I think, it can placed from S/5 to U/5 on Vero.

... and by the way: take the 2k7 from S/6 - P/6 to R/6 to P/6.
