Can I fix this?

I'm making a modded big muff via custom made PCB. I just noticed that one of of trannies isn't grounded at the emitter. I have a 5k pot wired as variable resistor with the middle and third leg connected. Can I fix the lack of grounding by just connecting a ground to the third or middle leg? Or do I need to order new boards?
