nux tuner with power issues  [SOLVED]

Hi
a friend burned his nux pt6 tuner by connecting wrong power supply

i found that u1 is burned. it is a 4 component ic called R332b

i can not find datasheet for this component or where to buy a replacement

does any one have the schematics for nux tuner or know this component .

Seems like a chinesium 3.2 - 3.3V regulator, similar to Holtek ht7xxx or UTC 81CXXX/81NXXX series
