Anything wrong with this schematic?

It should be obvious what it's supposed to be xD

I have PCBs of this schem and have having trouble getting it running, I suspect I know why (some problems with my switches) but before Igo and do a whole 'nother board (a wire pad broke off lol), I wanted to get some opinions that none of my mods broke the schematic... the floating connections are for true bypass wiring.

I suspect the Q3 25k gain pot should be in series with the 1k resistor instead of parallel: Parallel means you can only adjust it from just under 1k down to zero, a range where it might struggle to work. Series would allow anything from 1-25k.

Woops. You're right. Dang I was hoping these were the boards... I oughta hit myself for that.

How much resistance do you think it takes to turn a 2n5088 on? I guess I should get to breadboarding and figure out lol

You can set a 2n5088s collector resistance down to about 1K and it should turn on. It will get pretty fucking quiet and "clean" with a high noise floor but it will work.

However I definitely want the series of course xD
