So I rehoused a Boss DS 1 to a new 125B enclosure and made it true bypass,but I think Im having problems with the DC jack. What is the correlation from the PCB mounted DC jack to the round barrel type DC Jack? This is probably very easy to most, but I'm not the most experienced modder so, as always, Im super appreciative of anyone who can help me out. Thanks

I'm not clear on what the pictures mean but If you are using the Metal chassis type and mounting it directly to the metal case then you would be dead shorting the supply.
Remember that the Centre pin is Neg (Common/Ground) and outer sleeve is Positive/Hot +9Volts.
You can use your meter to find out what the tabs connect to,, the centre pin should be easy to work out but the sleeve is switched between the other 2 tabs so when you insert the plug those 2 tabs Disconnect.

sorry for not being clear, I was just wondering which pins on the pcb mounted are the pins on the chassis type one. for example sleeve on mounted = blue on chassis type?

This test assumes the power you are using is Centre Neg.

Using a bare socket, plug in the power.
Set DMM to Volts DC, Now with black Neg probe on centre pin, then one of the other 2 tabs should give you +9Volts.
The remaining tab will read zero.
The zero tab will be for the +battery connection.

The Centre pin should be fairly obvious as it's usually directly in line with the centre pin and likely has a rivet holding the tab.
