Hey,

does anyone know where to get DPDT momentary footswitches with real soft touch(!)?
I got an Harley Benton FXL8 pro (Joyo PXL-Live) and the momentary switches are pretty clicky
on the bottom switching point as usual latch switches.

I couldn't find any soft touch DPDT momentary switches in Europe(prefered) or even worldwide.

The other problem is, i don't get the routing of the pcb where all 6 switches are printed on. There are all connected to each other in a kinda "random" way xD (for me) and there is only a 6 pole cable leading to the mainboard. So i don't know if its possible to rebuild any routing working with the usual single contact momentary soft touch switches with only 6 cables leadin into the mainboard(?)

Maybe anyone here could help me with the tracing or know where to get DPDT momentary soft touch(!) switches for exchange?

Sure can, I use these switches a lot and they are available in the UK form rapid electronics. They are low force and momentary, they do have a click but very small compared to normal switches.

One thing I should also mention is that when replacing momentary DPDT footswitches make sure you put them in the correct way to match the ones you take out as unlike latching switches which work either way around momentary ones will not.

Erm, I told you in the above thread where to get the soft touch momentary switches. Can't help you with the routing as the pictures are not good enough.

ya sorry i try to make some better pics, i only have an iPad at the moment and its not possible to make better pics without enough daylight.

do you have a multimeter with a continuity function? if i were trying to decode the ribbon cable, i would make myself a table and fill in where they connect
