Came across a gutshot of this new one from Bearfoot, basically a Bearfoot Blueberry Bass OD with an added treble control:

I traced the Honey Beest in another thread. This one looks like the same circuit board. IIRC, the Bee, Beest G, Sparkling Yellow, Dyna Red and others all use the same board.

Given the mess of spaghetti wires in these Bearfoot builds, it's shocking that they don't have noise issues or reliability problems.

thanks very much for the photo!

in that thread on talkbass, donner called the queen bee a "Blueberry with Treble”.

snaxter posted a photo of the Blueberry OD in another post on talkbass: https://www.talkbass.com/threads/honey- ... t-21553942

the two look basically identical. the main difference i see is that C13 is populated on the Queen Bee. maybe that's used to implement a simple tone control?

some of the other caps and resistors are different colors, but they may be the same values (just from different manufacturers).

EDIT: also, from the direction of the JFETs, looks like the Queen has a 2N5952 and the older Blueberry has a 2N5457.
