Yeah i agree, it think i does look cool, although you know the PTP is just mojo marketing crap.
I love the recessed enclosure! I think that by far is the best enclosure for a stompbox imo.

I love the mini tagboard and the cool enclosure, but I'm disappointed that there's no fancy mojo components; it looks like all the same cheap resistors, caps, etc as are used in the standard one. I want to see Nichicon Muse series for all the electrolytics, nice Wimas for the films, and metal film resistors with carbon comps in all the strategic places. Would it ruin the collectible value if it were modded to have have these fancy parts?

In fact, some of us were floored by how nice the TS808HW sounded. It seemed to allow quite a bit more of the bass frequencies to come through the mix.
LegendaryTones site owner David Szabados was convinced that Ibanez did something unique to the circuit…He just wasn’t quite sure what.
...very unique. Ibanez put as much wire inside that it took all highs out. Cool mod

Who owns Ibanez now? I'm asking because it's not Japanese thing to do shit spaghetti wiring like this

JAFTS, yes.
But a cool looking one, despite everything else.
I'd love to put my hands over a couple of those mini-strips.

you can get all kinds of point to point terminal boards of all sizes and just like these from ebay.. and they are cheap. It is a cool looking pedal but I would never pay $350.00 for one of these!

Just got one in with an amp job

The unit is a 1:1 copy of the standard TS808 schematic. No secrets, no difference. The diodes have a forward voltage of 0.48 volts, IC is a JRC 4558D. Wired in true bypass with a small 3PDT, no pull down though
