Ibanez FL9 turns on, no effect

I just got an Ibanez FL9 at my local guitar shop. I bought it and brought it home to test it and found that the switch seems to work fine, and the LED lights up, but there is absolutely no effect regardless of where the knobs are set.

So far I've just cleaned the switch and pots with contact cleaner and looked over the solder joints on the board, but haven't found any obvious issues or leaky caps.

Does anyone have any ideas on what to check next? Thanks.

Presuming you made sure all wires are in working order, I'd try to find if the signal passes through the circuit and where it stops using an audio probe (every stompboxologist should have one).
