Interesting!
Also, hadn't heard of Zeta Windings before, they still exist, and are still making audio transformers (they are mentioned in the article as supplier of the little transformer used to couple the low impedance guitar pickups to the rest of the circuit). Anyone have experience with them?

I wonder if anyone ever built one of these. That body looks like a back killer.
