Looking for ocsilator part of tremolo with....

Hello guys I'm looking for a schematic for the oscillating part of a tremolo optical with 2 important features
1 I need to be able to adjust slow and fast limit
2 I need to be able to feed led on C and E so I have two LEDs pulsating at 180°
Any ideas?
