I've saw this micro amp with KIA6213 and TA7313. This is a version with NJM386 IC amp.
Q1: 2SC3198 hFE=244
IC1: JRC NJM386BL SIL8
I've used LM386N-1 instead.

NJM is 0.8W, so a LM386N-3 is better substitute with 0.7W. N-1 is 0.325W
