Ramble FX Twin Bender question

Hello
I know this is a Tone Bender circuit, but does anyone know what they are doing to create the impede control? Or what they did for the mids/stock/fat switch?
Thanks
Rob

The Tone Bender circuit doesn't adapt well to a tone knob. This switch swaps out capacitors in order to get three different voicings while preserving the stock circuit.

This changes the impedance by adding resistance at the input. Fully clockwise is no resistance, the stock Tone Bender setting. Turn this counter-clockwise to help restore tone if Twin Bender is placed after a buffer, or to restore a wah's tone if placed after a wah. It also has a large effect on gain and tone
Some people use an external buffer with a bypass loop pedal to handle the switching. Some use a circuit called a pickup simulator. Sometimes it just takes some resistance between the pedals to restore the wah. With the current version Twin Bender, simply turn the 'IMPEDE' mini-knob to restore good tone.

Thanks, but looking for schematic’s showing how they might have done this.

Mid/Stock/Fat is probably switching the input cap to add low end. Center position is stock cap only, Mid adds another cap in parallel, Fat adds a larger cap in parallel. Impede pot is 100kB and sits at the input, maybe in series with the 100k from Q1 base to ground?
