Muted Volume on Overdrive OD11 - see diagrams

Hi Guys,

I hope I am able to post these diagrams.

I have built this Lovepedal OD11 clone according to both diagrams. I’m getting a muted volume; I.e., all pots seem to be working, yet there is little volume. You can hear it faintly.

I’m hoping you all can help me out.

I’m using tantalum’s on the uF values.

Welcome back!

Thanks for the schematics - which one did you actually use? Or did you build one of each with the same result? There are some minor differences between these two (feedback look, Vref value, treble/bass pots) but they're not critical.

The next few steps might be posting some pictures for us, checking your voltages, and doing an audio probe of the signal path. More info here: viewforum.php?f=91
