I wanted to make the reverb based on the Fender 6g15 Reverb Unit, has anyone tried it with fets?

I don't understand your post. The Surfybear is exactly that.
I built one of those kits. They are not available anymore.

IIRC someone has made a PCB of the SB on Reddit.

It's worth changing the way the Mixer works because it sucks tone like crazy, just like the original Fender units.

I read somewhere that the dry and wet signals can be worked into two separate pots but I can't find the post anymore and I don't know what else would be required.

I think this might be it: https://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/ ... msg1093202

Yes.
I have the dry kill switch mod in my Surfybear kit but since I don't have a Boss LS2 it's not very useful. I'd like to have Independent volume controls for wet and dry. I know how to get the two signals from the PCB into separate pots, I don't know how to connect their output to the output jack. I suppose it's not as simple as connecting the wiper of the two pots to the tip of the output jack. Or is it?

It's this thread here viewtopic.php?f=7&p=285383#p285383

OP used summing resistors from the two pots to avoid crosstalk. I think he used 100k but I think much less would also work. The active option in that thread is actually better because it allows to make the signal louder like with the Surfybear Metal.
