EWS Tri-logic bass preamp - problem

Hello everyone. I need your help. I finished this pedal from this schematic, and I have a problem. when i touch the tip of the plug the amp sounds, even when i move the potentiometers everything seems to work, always when i touch the tip. but when i put the plug in the bass, there is no sound. I double checked all the components and everything is fine. The only problem I noticed is that when I plug in the passive/active switch, the pedal doesn't sound at all (even when I touch the tip of the plug).

Is the problem likely to be with the ACT/PAS switch? is a 100k resistor to ground. How can I override the switch?
