Is there an application for drawing vero layouts?

I've noticed quite a lot of vero layouts that look very similar. (see link below) Is there an application for doing these?

The V2 is nice because you can do vero, perf, PCB or even schematics

With a fairly average human brain, it is not that difficult to go straight from the schematic to veroboard, one pattern to another!
