Hi, theres no SS amp forum here so I thought I'd post it in here!
The Squier SP-10 is a terrible amp on the dirt channel, and the EQ isnt great either; but the clean channel is nice, so im gonna remove and recycle the OD channel & EQ components and make the amp permanently on clean, and build some pedals inside the enclosure.
The circuit has two JRC4558Ds (most likely for clean boosts) and two anti-parallel diodes..possibly for clipping (forward V of: 700mV) The PA section seems to consist of a TDA2030A amplifier IC http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datashe ... s/1459.pdf
The circuit is suprisingly intricate for a simple application, so im wondering if anyone has the schematic for it? I havn't got much time on my hands to trace it so it would really help me out if someone has one!
Or even if someone could trace it for me? I can provide pictures if interested.

Since they're a pretty big corporation, they would probably give you a schematic especially since no one would really want to try and clone the thing. i would e-mail fender or squier online. I did this with peavey and they gave me a scheme pretty quickly.
