CR Ref Designator?

Anyone know what is meant by the "CR1" & "CR2" reference designators in this schematic? CR used to be used for diodes but I don't think that's what's called for here.

In each spot labeled "NO.1" there should be a 100k resistor and 470p capacitor in parallel.

My guess is it stands for C-R as in Capacitor-Resistor, or Resistor-Capacitor as I've always seen it. Sorta appropriate as these two components form a time delay (R-C time constant) that allows the flip-flop to latch.
