Switched Jack Sockets?

I'm hoping I can use these jacks like normal :slap:

They're switched jacks from Rapid - 3 poles with 2 switched upon instertion ( these : http://www.rapidonline.com/Cables-Conne ... cket/63507 )

There's a .pdf showing pins and layout etc, but how would I wire them as input or output? Will be used in a Neovibe (hopefully), so no need for battery switch...
