Xotic - Robotalk

Hello, everybody.
Will "Xotic" Robotalk be a complete copy of "Maestro" Filter Sample/Hold?
I think it to be an original circuit.
Do you know anything more about a circuit?
Did anyone ever get a look inside of "Xotic" Robotalk?
Thanks.

I owned a Robotalk, some months ago ... just a plain Maestro FSH copy, that's all.
Has some nice sounds but the controls are really bad!

Hello!!

Oh~~~!After all...
I felt have a small board size that it was another circuit.
Will the sound be the same?
>to markm.
Thanks!
If there is information, I ask.
"Stomper"is my site!!

I don't mean to derail this thread.
Stomper is well known to us here but, we cannot access the site or become members.
Any chance some here could get access?
I read many good things about your site on Blog pages.

I would suggest trying a tonepad FSH-1 as the controls are more defined. It uses two dual opamps, and a lm13600 instead of 2 ca3080's. The layout has the max1044 on it for you as well.

I still have to debug mine though.

I found it did not sound at all as organic as my 2 Sample & Holds, but then again mine are from 1975? so the values of the components have drifted all over the place I imagine. I also found the Xotic controls to be useless, I think they did too, it's discontinued, I believe.

For those who want to try the Maestro FSH, there's of course the info on GGG, but moosaputamus has made a smaller pcb layout which can be found here:
http://www.moosapotamus.net/THINGS/fsh-1a.htm
Links are in the text and layout uses the GGG schematic.

Here's 2 other layouts for the Maestro FSH, the ustomp version is the standard FSH while the tonepad version has some mods....
