400ms of delay time shared between two MN3005 chips. As they're not running at max, you get a beautiful delay sound which is pristine.

Yeah, running two MN3005 chips low enough to get 400ms total will definitely keep distortion and clock bleed noise down! I heard the AD-230 even uses four MN3005s to get a delay of about 600ms. Must have been nice to have had MN3005s so plentiful and cheap. Now everyone tries to squeeze so much time out of a single chip. What did a MN3005 retail for back when they were in production?
