After performing the mods I tried the pedal and feel it has a far clearer smoother sound than it had with the original component values. All the stages now have maximum voltage gain headroom for running from an 8v dc supply rail.
cheers :thumbsup

Hey, Baja! Going to be finishing one of these up soon and am incorporating your mods. I just wanted to clarify that the last couple phase filter caps were left stock instead of your earlier preferred values. I am doing a switch mod with yours, brejna's and univibe values. As always, thanks for your contributions and time.

I've had this one for a while, was working perfectly but now i get low output and the effect drops volume when engaged, bypass works, the Chorus/Vib/Trem modes all work but the sound has a very loud bass thump to it.

I've attached a schematic i've found, I suspect the first Transistor because the LFOs all work and the leds behave normally, anything other i need to check just in case ?

I've tried replacing the bc559 also, but to no avail, also replaced the 3 100uf 16v electros and diodes also, same problem... any ideas as to how to troubleshoot this?
