Easy Vibe - Noise Click problem (SOLVED)
Hi guys! Please help me to cancel noise click that easy vibe has even when bypassed!I've tried a 100ohm series resistor with a 1000 microfarad electolytic cap at the input of the power supply but without luck!THANKS

in original schem there are two TL064s. The lfo shares the chip with the the signal path. Normally i'd use separate dual opamp for LFO and supply it with simple RC filter, f.e. 100R + 100uF.
Try also to use shielded wires for Rate pot. Did you use low current leds?

I used low current led but my pcb has 4 TL062.Culd you post your pcb with mods in the LFO!?THANKS BY KAPUTEPALLA

No experience with the ez vibe, but if you know which IC is the LFO, just stick a small resistor (100-330R) in series with V+ to the LFO, followed by an electrolytic (maybe 100uf to 220uf) cap to ground. It might help also to cut the ground trace from the LFO, and just run a wire from the LFO ground to the battery/DC Jack.
I don't know if that's the "correct" way to decouple power, but I've tried it with ticking pedals before and it has helped.
Also, as pz said, using shielded wire for the input & rate pot should also really help - as well as just making them as short as possible.
One more thing, have you boxed it up yet? Sometimes just sticking it in an eclosure will cure the problem.

Thanx baracuda for the trix! The board is boxed and i'll try your mods!

I recently have been trying to turn my EZ into a straight phaser. (N0 luck yet) But before I worked on it I don't ever remember hearing any clicking on mine. I also built the John Hollis Ultra Flanger which many claim has huge noise problems with it. Mine is clean and no ticking whatsoever. The Zombie Chorus I built has some mild ticking but it's hardly noticable. I used a multipurpous perfboard which made the layout limited for getttig rid of the noise. I stll love all those pedals more than many others.
I alsp built the Crash Sync and Omni Drive and Flatline and they are all really cool.
