Changing the frequencies of GE7 is not a major problem but it looks like this pedal is not a 100% clone of the GE7. The GE7 uses 5 transistors, this pedal uses 4. Moreover, it looks like the component names are different and the ICs are not the same...

If you have the schems so you know where what is, you can change the frequency with a EQ calculator.

For example, if you swap the C13 in the MIJ GE-7 from .056 to .047 will shift it from 100Hz to 125Hz

I don't think changing EQ values will fatten your sound. you'll just change de the frequency. I think Boss aera advices to use GE7B (Bass version) and GE7 to have a really full control. I think you're no needs to change the frequency on this EQ expect if you want to create a personnal EQ (with your own bands) or to stick it with a particular instrument.
Few month ago I used my Ge7 to fatten my sound, I boosted the frequencies around 400Hz (400Hz was the highest band). That create a bigger sound, with more "fat". That worked good for me.

This is what I did:
-replace the three JRC022D with RC4559P
(OPA 2134, OPA2132 or OPA2604 should work as well and maybe even sound better, but the 4559 is a good and cheap choice here - don´t use the ne5532 here, because it has a very different input stage -
it´s most important to replace the NJM2068 with a high quality, low noise chip, see below...)
-replace capacitors:
C18,C25, C29, C30 : 0.047 µF
C21, C22, C32 : 1 µF
C13 : 0.1 µF
(use stacked metal film caps (MKT) for all positions!!! Panasonic ECQ-V series sounds very good here)
-Replace NJM2068 at position IC3 with a OPA2134 or 2132 (use a DIP-SIL-Adapter or built an adapter using perfboard). (Look at the photo below)

Hello, question about changing the frequency of 6.4K. According to the schematic the other frequencies could be calculated as bandpass EQ but I couldn't understand 6.4k as there is no IC for it. Could you please explain how to achieve to 4K instead of 6.4k with the logic?
