What overdrive is this?

Hi, there!

I found this schematic from the Internet a long time ago, but there was no signs or marks of the manufacturer of this od.

It seems like the Electro Harmonix Hot Tube without the Tone-control, but the text "TAKEUCHI" on the PCB tells, that it might be from the 70's Japan. Coron, maybe ?

That's the "cmos driver" from an older japanese effectsbook that I only know under the title "japanese electronics book"

There seems to be lots of interesting schematics (including the 'Coron' phaser) under that link you gave.

It looks very similar to the Mad Professor Stone Grey Distortion..
