Grounding issue on painted boxes

also...i have a question re Grounding to the enclosure...especially if painting the exterior of the enclosure...
do you have to file back the paint from the input/output jack holes?

The jacks will ground well enough on the inside of the enclosure, so just remove paint from there if you managed to somehow get loads of paint inside ... any paint in the actual hole and under the washer/nut should be no problem at all.
