Need to clean house!

I Have a large amount of:

1) 1/8 and 1/4 watt Carbon Comp and Carbon Film resistors in a wide array of values 1, 5, 10 % 27 ohm - 62k , 1M and 2.2M

2) pnp Military gold lead Medium to high gain Ge Transistors form Texas Instruments 2n404a's .. Sound better than any European you have ever heard!

3 npn germanium 2n167A General Electric from the 1960's these are the best transistors you will ever here period. Nothing sounds as good.. to those in the know they are worth $3 each ungraded! wholesale I have ruffly 130pc left...

4)jfet 2N5457 loads

5)1n34a Ge diodes 1000's

6) alpha 16mm pots: 1k,5,k,20k, 50k, 100k, 250k 100's

7) vishay board mount trim pots: 2,20, 50, 100k 50 each ruffly

electolytics: 1, 2.2, 3.3, 4.7,100 @50v. 22,47, 100 @16v. 50@3.3v. 15, 100@25 (shit loads of most of these) 1000 pc

OK I know a bunch of you hae been asking to buy a 2 or 10 transistors or diodes ... I have quoted you on them.. For those of you wanting to take lots of an item which is the way I would like to do this see below.. All are the real deal ... I have a request form carlos for the pots and resistors which I will post here later tonight when I can get them counted. See below

The 2n167a’s…NPN…heaven… are $2.50 strait up… These are the ones small bear sells for 10.75 each in matched pairs and practically every one is fuzz face matchable…. I have 200pc exactly in master cartons

OK I just opened the sealed pack of 2n388's they are ranging from gains of about 50 t0 100 after leakage.. most in teh 70-85 range on the first 30 I grabbed. there were 2 in the 20's and 1 @ 105 after leakage.

Anyone who buys these in 10pc q's will get a couple extra on me to cover any issues if there are any.. Either way if something is dead get to me I'l post out a graded great one!

They will make good ff and great rangemasters to be sure..

for clarity's sake I would suggest to:

-use the Stuff Seen for Sale section
-list the item and price is the subject heading
-close the thread when the item is sold

I have changed the priviliges so registered users can edit, delete, and even close their own topics?

Items arrived as described. All transistors had very low leakage. The 404a's I got fell in the 70-90 range. The 2n1188's i got were between 100 and 110. Thanks for a pleasant transaction!

The 1188's are hot and sound great in the ff I built last night! the NOS Gold 404a's are insanely smooth the boxed 404a's are really nice too. Personally my favorite PNP for a ff.. never motorboat they sound like tube distortion when you back off the vol slightly. Tweaking the q1C resistor really warms up the circuit big time as well for both of these.

If you want me to gain match either to your specs let me know I can sell pairs of either for $10 a pair....

Really as good sounding as the NPN 167a's which are dark.. .05uf output on those. But they are a dream all gone except the 50 or so I kept for myself..

The 1188's will be high

404a's yield up to 100-115 with searching... 65-80/90-105 can be achieved GEOFEX measurements...

Leakage on both are very low .04mA - .1mA typical...

I just came across:

3000pc more 1N34a Ge Diode

400pc. 2n1377 PNP Germanium.. Higher gains.. Low leakage very nice!

200pc More of the 2n1188's High gain very very smooth

2000pc 1N270 Germanium diode .. Mix JanX Blue casing and glass black band stamped..

I have a lot more I need to go through..

I have access to :

2n2222a si Transistors roughly 200pc

1000pc. un marked I will get the other numbers in the next day or so.. But direct replacements for 109cc and 173's Wah Heaven Jan US gold to-8 metal case... gains out 125-300 most in the 140 to 220 range...
