Did you use the CA3094's or did someone come up with a LM13600 drop in?

If (or) you have executed on CA3094, did you have substitute some (certain) other ? Is possible it some (certain) sound sample? I salute

well i use the compact pcb that robertmaz posted, all CI in there are CA3094 that i bought on smallbear. the tracking works fine except the last part, in the pic you will see a little blue wire. that part of the track must be connected to ground or -Vcc i dont remember, but if you review the pdf of schematics the last CA3094 isn't grounded.
Here a sample that i made of this amazing pedal.

I'm waiting for some pictures more close for make the new version, the Attack delay stage and suboctave are different on the ne :slap: w version but i can't see it on the pics. or maybe someone could try make a adapter for LM13700 or LM13600 i don't understand to much about analog electronics. i try to connect a lm13700 with two transistors but doesn't work, maybe i try in a bad way.

I have heard to much about the Ce-1 and the sound of chorus is more warm, i have made a CE-2 but i'm not convinced.

sorry about my english.

well the ce-2 sound not so organic for me, and the ce-5 schematic looks similar, have filter stage next from the 3007 and 3101.
i bought all the components for the CE-1 i will post it on other topic if works.

BC549 instead 2N5088
2N5087
2N3821 instead 2N4302
BD796 instead 2N6110 (heats too much without sink)

does anyone know of a parts list to use for the single pcb version?

Hi! Boris, I've made de Micro Synth. Soon I'll give you some pics.

Everything works fine, excetp 2 things: the Octave pot doesn't work. Same with Stop Frequency. I've tryied a lot of things (replace components, double check resistors and caps values, pots, tracking is OK, traces are excellent...) Really don't know what else to do....

Hope someone can help here, perhaps Boris, Lufox or anyone.

Greetings

Stop Frequency has been fixed. Working Fine.

Octave up still without working

Hi Luqqas i read your message about the start frecuency, start frecuency works only when you play the guitar and the note or chords active the attack stage, if doesn't work maybe you need adjust the trimpot pre-gain on the circuit and set the trigger pot to max, should works.
On your problem on the octave up stage, you must see the traces or the components between the point 3 to point 4 on the schematic (around IC A3A and A3B) there a rectifier stage that produce the octave up or see if the squelch trimpot is working good, maybe could it be the octave pot.

you are right....if you have triggering, then rectifier works OK.....than you search from there ...it must be something near octave pot.......

hoping to see some pictures soon :thumbsup

Pozdrav druze, bi mogao da napravis vero layout za ovo cudeso ili bi ti bilo previse dela to? Ako ne morat cu da probam na plocicu
U svakom slucaju svidja mi se rad, zivio!

Hello my comrade, could you design a vero layout for this wonder or would it be too much of a bother for you? If not I'll have to try the pcb version
Anyway, I like your work, cheers!

You don't need a layout for vero, you build it up yourself and test each block as you go.
