While scavenging for P-JFET's i came across these components. I believe they are FET's as they were in the switching part of a hi-fi system and they look like 2SK772's. The number reads J460 K96M. Cannot seem to find any info on google. Does anyone know what are these?

Search for 2SJ460... They get rid of these "2S" easily when marking transistors....
