SoS = Son of Screamer - a much copied Jack Orman project that's based on the Tubescreamer.

I hope this isn't common knowledge already.
I stumbled onto this pdf file. I searched here and Google and didn't find any reference to this. Thought I would take a chance and point it out.
Sorry if this is old news.

No.. I haven't seen it before and I don't think it's been seen here before.
Thank You !
Update: looks like Dave Barber posted this at DIYstompboxes.

OK.. in respect of David Barber's request that his drawing not be posted without permission (which was refused to FSB), I've redrawn it and will delete the original.
You'll have to test the tone pot wiring to get the rotation you want, as it's not detailed on the original.

Wow. Those guys aren't exactly falling all over themselves to thank the man for giving up the goods.

It's not really anything groundbreaking I guess.
But probably a very useful version of that style of circuit.. a refined diode clipper with good EQ options.

BTW - the first drawing I posted had the 470K resistor just before the second opamp stage going to ground.
It should be going to VR.. the drawing's fixed now, but if you downloaded it early better re-download.
