what is the best way to make electronical simulation of 7P2T switch?

controlled with ordinary DPDT.........with FET-s....or other way

can somebody post some schematic?

Try the 4066 IC. It's only single pole, but you could easily use two of them, one for each pole. The switching could be handled by a SPDT.
