Dude, how hard is to test 20 transistors???

the problem is, the transistors are in my friend's hand.
my friend in the US bought it for me, I already paid for those transistors, and then before he can send it to me, classic problem, I need cash for something else.
my friend don't know anything about electronics so he don't know how to test the transistors.
this is the 3rd or 4th time I bought same transistors, and so far, those military 2N404 never let me down.
very low Iceo leakage, most of them below 80uA. and consistent gain around 80-120. only 2-3 pieces had high gain around 200.

Fair enough... I love to have those, but sadly my friend, I've spend small fortune buying untested transistors, that's never gonna happen again, as I have huge box of electronic junk
