I have a BOSS RV3 pedal with scratch output jacks . Accordingly to the BOSS RV-3 Service Notes the jacks are HLJ-0554-01-010.

I have searched on ebay, google, mouser, etc without success. As I seen, several manufacturers use this kind of jack, but I have not found any clue where to get one.

I've tried to adapt other kind of jack too, but the space inside pedal and the hole size on the cage do not permit standard jacks.

Does anybody know where I can find those jacks or a replacement model?

The part number you mention must be valid in Boss catalog, and does not refer to any brand or so in my opinion...

Switchcraft do some very close to the Boss ones... Check here for example http://www.banzaimusic.com/Chassis-Mount/...

Hope this helps! :D

Have you tried e-mailing BOSS directly? When the Jacks in a old Marshall I was repairing went I e-mailed Marshall and they sent me One out for free.

Did you try some resoldering? A bad solder could suffer from mechanical stress...

You can try Boss as Scruffie mentionned, it does work...

If not actually I might have some like that, that I pulled out of an old Fender amp... not sure if they're quite right but i'll have a look if BOSS say no.

The ones I have from a dead ME-5 aren't threaded (and are plastic ones). Fairly difficult indeed to find these metal threaded PC mount units  ...

there is only three wires coming off the board so if the stock ones are too hard to find you could use the ones the guys suggested and wire em up!
