Acutally the BC108 and BC109 are indeed NPN Bipolar Junction Transistors (negative ground)

What i'm saying is that the positive ground layout should be for de NKT275, AC128,... and the negative ground layout for the BC108, BC109C,... and not the way it's showed here.
Please can anybody say if i'm right or wrong.
