Anybody know where I could buy something like this or similar w/ a 6-32 thread? It's not for a pedal but I need some for work and I'm not having much luck finding them. It's basically a threaded ground terminal for attaching a ground wire to a metal chassis.

FYI, that is called a threaded turret terminal. I tried looking for your specific thread, but it looks uncommon. Here is one spec sheet i found:
