Thanks for the guts..... very sexy...
It appears that they do the low-pass-filtering with switched capacitor filters resulting in the benefit of a higher frequency range at shorter delay settings.

I saw one of those for sale at a local pawnshop for $250. Still kick myself occasionally for not getting it...
Great job on gutshots! I hope one day we'll be able to clone this!
