Im gathering parts for the Roland Jet Phaser clone and just need these to complete the main board.
But I cant find any info on replacements.

an NTE85 is a replacement for the SC373
but so far the 1000 is ellusive..
22V, 50mA, Idss>10mA,Up<2,5V < --- is the rating of the sucker. Im too lazy to self-cross-refernce..

I think you mean 2SC1000. That's a standard low voltage NPN silicon job, with an Hfe of 200 - 700. It's supposed to be low noise, and has a pinout as below:

You could use a 2N3706 as a reasonable substitute.

hmm, the roland pdf says 2sk, but then again...it IS roland.
Ill try your suggestion sir.
